Oracle 18c opatch util cleanup 不起作用

opatch util cleanup永遠不應該刪除.patch_storage. 它甚至顯示它只清理'restore.sh,make.txt' files and 'scratch,backup' directories。通常，
opatch util cleanup不會釋放大量空間。.patch_storage回滾更新檔需要下面的文件。
