從 ssms 連接到 sql azure 時會拋出異常“sys.configurations”

從 MSSQL Server MGMT Studio 連接到 Sql Server Azure，出現以下異常：

Cannot connect to xxxxxxxxx.database.windows.net

An exception occured while executing a Transact-SQL Statement or batch.
  (Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo)
